3. Digitally Storing the Wording of the Contract
We digitally store your order and received order information. We will send you an order confirmation containing all order information by email. In addition, you have the possibility to print the General Terms and Conditions prior to sending your order to us. Finally, you will have access to the orders placed by you via your account with us.
3.1. Registration and Password.
3.1.1 Your Responsibilities and Registration Obligations.

- Downloaded template. When a template is downloaded to your computer, it count as you break the seal or sticker on the software media packaging, you may not return the software once you break the software media packaging seal or sticker.
5. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are given including VAT. For all buyers with residence inside the EU, statutory VAT of 19% shall apply.
As we only offer digital downloads, no shipping costs apply in general. If the service or item is provided as a download via a net, the seller carries the costs for the provision of the template in the network while the buyer carries the costs of the download.
6. Payment Terms
Payment may be made in advance per bank transfer via MOLLIE or PayPal. We reserve the right to exclude specific payment methods. On selecting the payment method "in advance", we will provide you with our banking connection in the order confirmation. If you transfer money to our bank account, always state the order number in the reference line. Failure to do so will make it impossible to assign your transfer to your order.
7. Guarantee and Liability
We do not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components as there is currently no certification process for such components. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that Our templates will work with all browser combinations.
8. Modifications
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not however redistribute or release and modifications as GPL or otherwise. You may however remove the copyright from the footer of templates if needed. You may however delete "Design by Joomlaatje" on the footer but you are not allowed to change it with "Design by you". Porting to other platforms and content management systems and redistributing as GPL or otherwise is also strictly prohibited. Please contact us if you have any requirements that are not covered by these terms.
9. Unauthorized use
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from us. Please contact us if you require more clarification.
10. Updates
All templates are designed for the version 1.5.x of Joomla!, but we can give no guarantee, that the templates will run with future versions of Joomla!.
11. Delivery
Delivery of the template will be online and directly after you complete payment process. If is any problem with downloading the template you can always contact us.
12. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are our property.
